This course for parents and their young ones provides parents with practical tools for the task of raising children. The setting is warm, simple, and home-like. The rhythmic flow and creativity of the morning activities enhance the young child’s mental, physical, and emotional development. Over the course of the six weeks, parents discuss child development topics, make beautiful crafts, and learn songs and stories. In addition, a delicious snack is shared.The children see the adults engaged in meaningful activities, while parents have an opportunity to observe the children at play.
Fees are $150 per six weeks session, and include craft material and snack. Registrations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The program will be held in the Marigold Room in the Cedar Forest Kinderhouse.
