Marketing Strategies to be Utilized.
1. Sales PDF to be developed. Done.
2. Website to be a Sales and Marketing tool and not cluttered with information that does not help "Sell" the school. The WIKI here should be where other information should be posted to be shared by everyone.
3. Posters put up around town (Sales PDF). First Round Done. 07/12/09.
4. Email blasts to Contacts of Parents and Faculty. First Round Done. 07/12/09.
5. Phone calls to previous students.
6. Limited ads in the newspaper.
7. Have a table at Cottonwood and Hall St markets and staffed by Volunteer parents. Done.
Public Relations
1. New Release to NDN and other papers about Recruitment Drive discussing scholarships being made available.
2. News Release about Natural Playground.
3. News release about the new first grade teacher hired including bio/photo etc. Opening still available including scholarships.
Additional Ideas
1. Make tuition in monthly installments backed by Insurance. So parents do not have to make one large lump sum payment up front. Allow parents to use credit cards for monthly payment [pass through the credit card charge to the parents]. Monthly payers would have to have a credit card on file that could be billed if payment was late.
2. Attract foreign students.
3. Lower parameters for tuition assistance. IE - If gross family income is $50,000 now, increase it to $75,000. To be reviewed by Board.
